The pedigree database is an ongoing endeavor. We strive to have a 100% correct database, but the variety of sources from which this database was derived and the likelihood that I mis-typed an entry or three means that there are probably lots of unintentional errors.

Each pedigree has a feedback link that can be used to submit corrections. If you spot an error or know of a missing sire and or dam then please submit a correction. I plan to update the database on a monthly basis. The next major update of the database will occur when the CCCI 2001 Champions Report is published in 2002.

We are always looking for photos to display with each pedigree. There is no fee to display photos on these pages. In fact, if you wish, the source of each photo can be printed right on the photo so that information will be available to anyone who views it.

When submitting photos I prefer that you send them to me as you scanned it without any corrections. I prefer the scans to be done at 150 dpi and the pictures to be at least 4 inches tall. I will use Adobe Photoshop to prepare each photo for the web.

Lastly, this database is 100% public domain (the data not the pictures). Feel free to use the information here in your own database and or to print pages on your printer. This information is for everyone who loves Chows to use.

However, I must once again remind you that this is not the AKC database and no guarantees as to the correctness of the information are made.
